Amer Kafr Abdo Project

The project consists of one basement garage + ground garage +mezzanine floor + residential floors

The Entrance:

A hotel-like entrance with a spacious lobby build in marble and granite. The doors are out of Alsekorit glass and full of pots of odorous flowers in addition to lighting systems.

The garage:

Designed in an architectural way that allows cars to get in and out smoothly.

The Architectural Design:

We had put into consideration that all units must have multiple interfaces.

 

Exterior finishes characteristics

 

	A classic architectural panoramic interfaces using the finest  international substances and materials
	two imported elevators  serve the building
	anti humidity  external paints-  a special electric
	generator for elevators and stairs.

Interior finishes characteristics

The reception floors are of deluxe porcelain or parquet –based on the desire of the buyer-while rooms’ floors are of deluxe Swedish wood.

The interior paints are excellent plastic ones (Jotun or Sipes) and colors are up to the customer wishes

The bath appliances is from CLEOPATRA.

The floors and walls of kitchens, bathrooms, and terraces are of either CLEOPATRA or ROYAL ceramics.

In addition, we provide deluxe imported accessories and mixers, magic electricity, and beech wood door for every unit.

The reception is decorated with(15 cm. thick) gypsum molding  and every room has cement ceiling decorations.

There is an internal central for easier communication for units,
